Email marketing is included with your plan. Community Builder covers up to 5 000 contacts and Sales Automation up to 10 000 — you only pay more when your list grows past your plan's limit.
What “email contacts” means
A contact is one unique email address you can send newsletters, automations and campaigns to. We count the people on your list — not how many emails you send.

The setup fee is a once-off build fee. Nothing is due until your first draft is delivered — then only the deposit is payable, which opens a 30-day post-purchase change-request window. The balance is due at the end of those 30 days. Upgrade within 30 days and you only top up the difference — what you already paid on the lower tier comes off. After 30 days the new tier's setup fee is payable in full.
